I dont think you really understand how the United States Constitution works.
Income Taxes are as unconstitutional as the disarmament of American Citizens.

Now that I’m off work I’ll take the time to answer this.
Income taxes are constitutional. The 16th amendment, ratified in 1913, gives the Federal government the right to levy a direct income tax. Like it or not, there is nothing unconstitutional about it.
Second, the president can’t decide to just remove the the Fed. It would require an act of legislation by Congress. In case you forgot, this is something called the checks and balances system. It’s in place to stop one man (the president) from making sweeping changes to the government structure without opposition. The only way the Fed is going is if the majority of both the house and senate say so, and then the president can sign the bill. Because Congress isn’t filled with little clones of Ron Paul, I doubt this will happen.
(Also, I’m not sure why you decide to mention the Fed when we are dicussing income tax. The fed is independent of the IRS.)
Finally, I’m going to assume the point about Bernakke is an attempt at humor. Because as much of an asshole he is, “throwing someone in jail for treason as an example” is something dictatorships do. And judging by the constitutional definition of treason, I doubt anything Bernakke could be considered as such.
And, since you ended with an ad hominem attack, I might as well also.
I wish people would stop looking at Ron Paul as some kind of messiah, when he’s only an old man who thinks the best way to fix the system is to throw it all away.
